Eligibility For Returns & Exchanges
- Product Condition: Returns and exchanges are accepted for products with at least 90% of the original content remaining in the bottle.
- Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Ensure you contact us within this timeframe to qualify for a return or exchange.
Processing Your Request
- Processing Time: All requests are processed within 3-5 working days after submission. Product condition will be verified before proceeding.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees for returns and exchanges are non-refundable. For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.
Non-Refundable Items
- Tester Box (Sample Box): Items provided solely for testing purposes are non-refundable.
- Orders Over Rs. 10,000: Refunds are not available for orders exceeding Rs. 10,000; however, exchanges are permitted.
Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Products
- If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover the return and exchange delivery charges.
- Important: A video of the package being opened is required to process claims for damage or errors. Without this proof, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please record a video while unboxing your parcel.
